Indiabulls Asset Reconstruction Company (IARCL) has been sponsored by "Indiabulls Limited" and owns 100% of its equity capital. IARCL has been granted the Certificate of Registration by the Reserve Bank of India to act as a Securitisation and Asset Reconstruction Company on May 19, 2017. Mr. Amit Gandhi is the Chief Executive Officer of the company and is supported by a team of professionals having extensive experience in distressed asset.

IARCL sponsored by the Indiabulls Group, is positioned to exploit the opportunities in both the real estate and non - real estate segment and to act as the key distressed assets value-enabler. IARCL seeks to increase the value preposition of such assets for various financial entities, through a mix of innovative financial structures and investment solutions designed to enhance their value and thereby maximize the returns to all stakeholders.

Mr. Amit Ajit Gandhi, is a Whole Time Director on the Board.
He has total work experience of over 20 years spanning Retail Finance, Banking, Telecom and Office Automation sectors. He has been heading the Collection function in one of the 2nd largest Housing finance company, since the last two years. He has also been heading Risk Management, Fraud control and the Audit functions. He has comprehensive risk and collection experience across diverse asset classes in both retail and corporate loans.

Keyur Morparia is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant (rankholder) and has a Bachelor of Commerce Graduate Degree from the University of Mumbai. He has also completed his degree from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom. His collective post-qualification experience is over two decades.

He has worked previously with Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (Arcil) for over 8 years. He has been responsible for Budgeting, MIS, Planning, Reporting and Analytics. He has been instrumental in creating a consolidated framework for computation and declaration of Net Asset Value. He has created various financial models to enable scenario and sensitivity analysis to facilitate decision making.
From 2003 to 2009, he has worked with Siemens in various roles in Corporate Finance like Mergers & Acquisitions, Forex reporting, credit risk. He has also worked in the internal audit team and as a financial controller for various SBUs. Prior to that, he has been a part of the Assurance and Business Advisory Team with Arthur Andersen / Ernst & Young.
