IARCL has been granted the Certificate of Registration by the Reserve Bank of India to act as a Securitisation and Asset Reconstruction Company on May 19, 2017. Mr. Amit Gandhi is the Chief Executive Officer of the company and is supported by a team of professionals having extensive experience in distressed asset.
IARCL sponsored by the Indiabulls Group, is positioned to exploit the opportunities in both the real estate and non - real estate segment and to act as the key distressed assets value-enabler.
